If you suspect you or your account has been a victim of fraud, please contact us at once at (866) 914-2265 or send an email to customerservice@horizonbanktexas.com. If you suspect your debit card has been compromised, give us a call at (800) 264-4274 anytime, day or night, and we’ll get you taken care of right away. We have also provided an ID Theft Guide to walk you through the steps you should take when responding to ID Theft. Don’t send confidential information over email.
